I fully understand and acknowledge that outdoor activities
(including both my usage of recreational equipment as well as my participation in excursions such as hiking, boating, fishing and water sports) entail known and unanticipated risks, dangers, and hazards. 
 
I am aware that my involvement in such activities may result in physical or emotional injury, disease, strains, fractures, partial and/or total paralysis, death or other ailments that could cause serious disability. I agree I will not sue the Hotel or any of its employees and will release them from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, causes of actions, costs and expenses of any nature arising out of any loss, damage or injury (including death) that may be sustained by me or to any property belonging to me as a direct result from the activity or while upon the premises where the activity is being conducted. The only exception recognized to the above occurs if the claims arise as a consequence of gross negligence or willful misconduct of the Hotel and its employees. I also understand that I can be charged for any damages caused due to gross negligence to the equipment provided to me by the Hotel. 
 
I realize that some excursions such as hikes can be physically exhausting and that I may experience high humidity and warm temperatures and I hereby confirm that I have given full consideration to the length of the hikes and the correlated factors.In case I book an activity, I warrant that I am physically fit and in a condition that will allow me to fully participate in it. I also understand that the Hotel has not made - nor will make - any investigation into my physical fitness or ability to participate in the booked activity and that the Hotel is relying on my warranty of my physical condition. 
 
I grant the Hotel permission to authorize emergency medical treatment or evacuation as it deems appropriate, including - but not limited to - Search & Rescue services by land, sea and air. I assume full responsibility for any payment of medical expenses (and third-party companies including - but not limited to - helicopters and boats) that may be incurred in the event of an emergency. I understand and agree that the Hotel assumes no responsibility for any injury or damage that might arise out of - or in connection with - such authorized emergency medical treatment or evacuation. 
 
Any cancellation 6hrs prior to the activity’s starting time will result in the participants being charged 50% of the activity’s price and any no show will result in the participants being fully charged. I understand that in the event that I am unable to complete the activity or wish to stop, turn around or request for any additional mode of transportation to return to the hotel (boat or helicopter if available) not only will I be fully charged for the activity but I will also be charged for the mode of transportation and manpower. 
 
I recognize that if I am pregnant, I should not participate in any strenuous physical activities such as hiking, kayaking or boat excursions in case of rough or choppy sea conditions. I understand that I cannot consume alcohol or be in a state of intoxication when going for any activities that are strenuous. I also understand that any child below the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and children below the age of 6 may be restricted in joining some activities. 
 
I understand that activities may be cancelled last minute by the Hotel in case of bad weather or higher forces and will not hold the Hotel liable for any inconvenience that may arise in case of such an event.
